Canada's Department of Agriculture has published a staggering variety of info booklets since 1867, with subjects ranging from mastitis to trees to swine breeding, home gardening, sandwiches, the cost of living, canning, etc. I'm very into finding the best of their post-war booklet covers, restoring them, enlarging them, and making them available to you as easy-to-frame prints.
