As if to compete with a certain giant fast-food chain, the Ontario Department of Agriculture's 1971 A Dollars's Worth of Meat went heavy on the high-contrast yellow and red, upping the ante with a cluster of swell little meat-related illustrations (counterpoint: the illustrations look a little dated for 1971). Whoever put this together had an eye for detail—it's a two-colour print on white paper, shading by leaving a few very subtle windows of white paper showing.

A booklet cover reproduction available at 12x18" or 24x36" on Epson Enhanced Matte 192 gsm paper printed with Epson UltraChrome XD2 archival ink. Sold in an open edition, unframed. The Ontario Department of Agriculture wordmark on this cover has been replaced with the words ”Ontarian Home Economics” due to Section 9 of the Canadian Trademarks Act.
