"Beef Cut Chart" and "Pork Cut Chart" prints

The beefier of these two prints ran as a half-pager in the Sept. 2011 issue of the decor and home-keeping mag Real Simple as part of its Fall BBQ guide, and it represents the most streamlined end of my work. Sometimes it's best to say things with sparse type and careful forms instead of detail, detail, and detail. The piggier version? It was made a few years later to keep the original company.

Available at 16x12" or 24x18" on Epson Enhanced Matte 192 gsm paper printed with Epson UltraChrome XD2 archival ink. Sold in an open edition, unframed, signed and dated on reverse.
