“City of Edmonton” print by Croydon Publishing Co. (1950)

Croydon Publishing Co. was a Toronto-based cartography business that published a series of small pocket guides in the middle of the 20th century, and usually their pocket guides included a big big foldout map. Here's a crisp Edmonton map from such a guide, complete with street index and 30 numbered places of interest. Also of note: whoever the artist was, they had a very nice set of initials that are visible just under the map's title.
