Theoretically this is the original French version of a 1956 booklet, but it's looking pretty Frenglish to me—whoever was in charge didn't think the text embedded in the potato diagram was worth translating. It's a shame, because that embedded text is incredible. Sign me up for a "Netted Gem" or "Early Epicure", and "Bliss Triumph" is a feeling I wish I felt more often. In 1958 the same booklet would be published in English under the title Potato Growing in Canada.

Also of note: in 1958 the booklet's author, N. M. Parks, would become President of the Potato Association of America. Why do we export all our top talent?

A booklet cover reproduction available at 12x18" or 24x36" on Epson Enhanced Matte 192 gsm paper printed with Epson UltraChrome XD2 archival ink. Sold in an open edition, unframed.
