To me, this 1911 Truro map looks less like a turn-of-the-century city business guide and more like an invitation to an early 1980s arts college post-punk house party. Everything is askew, stark, and damaged, and at some point (either in reproduction or in scanning) a visual "stutter" repeats a small section of Inglis Avenue—note the double of St. Paul's Presbyterian Church and you'll see what I mean. It's both a valuable reference to how Truro stood 120 years ago, and something else entirely.

A reproduction available at 16x12" or 24x18" on Epson Enhanced Matte 192 gsm paper printed with Epson UltraChrome XD2 archival ink. Sold in an open edition, unframed.
