I completely understand that plastic is a material we've overused, overproduced, and may slowly be choking us from the inside (re: microplastics). When this 1961 pamphlet was produced, though, the notion of using plastic to sheath a greenhouse was new and the material's downsides weren't publicly known. Its designer chose to focus on the scale of operation plastic might allow—the cover has four massive greenhouses, rather than one.  Also of note: the very subtle white grid pattern on the background.

A booklet cover reproduction available at 12x18" or 24x36" on Epson Enhanced Matte 192 gsm paper printed with Epson UltraChrome XD2 archival ink. Sold in an open edition, unframed. The Ontario Department of Agriculture wordmark on this cover has been replaced with the words ”Ontario Farming Forum” due to Section 9 of the Canadian Trademarks Act.
