Every year I do a "Top 20 Agricultural Arts" list, just to see what AA prints are selling and which subject matter you folks might want me to explore further. This 1959 cover has been robbed every year I've done that. It's a beautiful two-colour effort and the illustrator perfectly overlays what you can do with a potato (mash it, season it, put it in a pot) in black over what a potato is (the three orange-brown shapes). Whoever conceived the illustration undoubtedly drew the "Potatoes" title as well, and this should be an Agricultural Arts top seller perennially.
