"Mushroom Collecting for Beginners" print (1951)

The author of this booklet (J. Walton Groves) is a bit of a celebrity in Canadian mushroom circles— his long career as a mushroom scientist with the Mycology Section of Canada's Plant Research Institute lasted at least from the 1940s until the 1960s, culminating with his promotion to head of that department. A few editions of his Mushroom Collecting for Beginners were published, the first being this 1951 publication. You might want to check out the 1971 and 1972 edition covers out, which I'm also offering as reproductions.
