"The Strawberry and Its Cultivation in Canada" and "Le Fraisier et Sa Culture au Canada" prints (1951)

As I mentioned before, the Department of Agriculture has covered strawberries many, many, times, but rarely with the deluxe type treatment seen on the English version of April 1951's the Strawberry and Its Cultivation in Canada. Again, the typographer (and designer, and illustrator) are uncredited, but the end result it incredible. The illustration and layout were reused in December of '51 with Le Fraisier et Sa Culture au Canada.

A booklet cover reproduction available at 12x18" or 24x36" on Epson Enhanced Matte 192 gsm paper printed with Epson UltraChrome XD2 archival ink. Sold in an open edition, unframed. The Canada Department of Agriculture and Ministère de l'Agriculture du Canada wordmarks on these covers have been replaced with the words "Canadian Berry Council" and ”Le Conseil Canadien Des Bais” due to Section 9 of the Canadian Trademarks Act.
